Cinnabon Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We require you to offer catering services ("Catering Services") and delivery services ("Delivery Services") and you must do so in accordance with the terms of the Manuals and this Agreement. You may only provide Delivery Services through a TPS that we approve or designate. If a TPS is unavailable to provide Delivery Services for your Franchised Business, you may not be required to offer Delivery Services, subject to our written approval. You acknowledge that we, our affiliates, and other franchisees may provide Catering Services and Delivery Services near your Franchised Business. We retain the right to revise and/or make exceptions to our Catering Services and Delivery Services policies as they apply to you and our other franchisees. We reserve the right to limit the geographic area in which you provide Catering Services and/or Delivery Services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to offer both catering and delivery services. However, the franchisee may not be required to offer delivery services if a Third-Party Supplier (TPS) is unavailable to provide these services for the franchised business. This exception is subject to Cinnabon's written approval.

Cinnabon maintains the right to revise or make exceptions to its catering and delivery service policies for both the franchisee and other franchisees. Additionally, Cinnabon reserves the right to limit the geographic area in which a franchisee provides catering or delivery services.

This policy provides Cinnabon with flexibility in managing its delivery services and allows for adjustments based on the availability of third-party suppliers. For a prospective franchisee, this means that while delivery services are generally required, there may be circumstances where they are not, depending on the availability of approved delivery partners and with Cinnabon's consent. It is important to maintain open communication with Cinnabon to understand the current requirements and any potential limitations on delivery services in the franchisee's specific location.
