What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnabon Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt includes an acknowledgement that the franchisee understands the Franchise Agreement contains the entire agreement between Cinnabon and the franchisee. This means any prior oral or written statements not set out in the Franchise Agreement will not be binding.
Specifically, the franchisee must acknowledge that no employee or representative of Cinnabon has made any statements or promises regarding actual, average, or projected profits or earnings, the likelihood of success, the amount of money the franchisee may earn, or the total amount of revenue a Cinnabon franchise will generate, that is not contained in the Disclosure Document or that is contrary to, or different from, the information contained in the Disclosure Document.
This acknowledgement is important to Cinnabon, and they will rely on it. By signing the acknowledgement, the franchisee represents that they have considered each statement carefully and that each statement is accurate and truthful. However, if the franchisee finds that a statement is not accurate and true, they should cease signing the Acknowledgement and related documents and immediately e-mail Tim Goodman, Senior Vice President of Franchise Administration, at tgoodman@gotofoods.com and provide an explanation of why they believe such statement is not accurate and true.
