We offer franchises to operate a Cinnabon® Bakery. Cinnabon® Bakeries are retail stores that sell fresh baked cinnamon rolls and related products, which may include alcoholic beverages.
This Disclosure Document describes a franchise for the following Bakery formats (all of which are collectively referred to as Bakeries):
- A "Full Bakery" is a Bakery where you produce and sell a full range of Cinnabon products from typically in-line or kiosk locations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnabon Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnabon Bakeries are retail stores that primarily sell fresh baked cinnamon rolls and related products. The FDD specifies different types of bakeries that a franchisee can operate, including Full Bakeries, Express Bakeries, and Concession Bakeries, each offering a different range of Cinnabon products. A Full Bakery offers a full range of Cinnabon products, while Express and Concession Bakeries offer a limited selection.
In addition to the standard Cinnabon products, certain locations may also sell alcoholic beverages. The FDD also describes co-branded locations with Carvel or Auntie Anne's, which sell Cinnabon products in conjunction with the other franchise's offerings. Specifically, a Swirl Bakery, which is co-branded with Carvel, offers traditional Carvel and Cinnabon products, as well as hybrid menu items that combine products and ingredients from both brands.

The Cinnabon system includes the selection of approved products that franchisees may offer and sell, as well as proprietary recipes and techniques for packaging, displaying, and merchandising these products.
