What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Management Training Program may be conducted online or in person. If in person, the training can occur at Cinnabon's corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, a Cinnabon franchise that has been certified as an authorized training facility, or other locations authorized by Cinnabon.

Cinnabon may authorize certain franchisees to provide the Management Training Program if they have a Certified Training Manager and operate a Certified Training Location. If Cinnabon withholds or revokes certification of a franchisee's Certified Training Location, trainees may be required to attend the Management Training Program at another location designated by Cinnabon.

Prospective franchisees should note that training programs are subject to space and time availability. Trainees cannot attend the Management Training Program until Cinnabon receives the fully signed lease, the franchise is under construction, evidence of required insurance is provided, and the franchisee is within the eligible training period.
