Is Cinnabon obligated to assist a franchisee in selecting a Proposed Location?

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinnabon may offer assistance in selecting a proposed site for the Franchised Business. The franchisee is required to establish and operate the Franchised Business only at the Accepted Location. If Cinnabon consents to operations away from the Accepted Location, the franchisee will have to execute a separate agreement concerning mobile or satellite business operations, which may include limitations on the type of activities that the franchisee may conduct and may include additional or different financial terms.
