If we withhold or revoke certification of your Certified Training Location, we may require your trainees to attend the Management Training Program at another location that we designate and may charge our then-current training fee (if any) for such training.
- 11.2 On-Site Training. Except as may be specified on Schedule A, we are not required to provide any on-site training or consultation at the site of your Franchised Business (the "On-Site Training"). You may request that we provide you with On-Site Training. We may agree to provide On-Site Training but will not be obligated to do so. We may also, in our sole discretion, require that you obtain On-Site Training at any time, including in the days or weeks before and/or after your Opening Date and/or if you fail to comply with the System and Standards. We may charge you a reasonable fee for On-Site Training, which is currently $500 per trainer per day and may be increased in any calendar year by no more than the Allowed Adjustment, for each of our trainers and may require you to reimburse us for their travel and living expenses (including airfare, car expenses, lodging, meals, etc.) during such On-Site Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may request On-Site Training, which Cinnabon may agree to provide but is not obligated to do so. Cinnabon may also require franchisees to obtain On-Site Training at any time, including before and/or after the Opening Date, or if the franchisee fails to comply with the System and Standards.
For On-Site Training, Cinnabon may charge a reasonable fee, which is currently $500 per trainer per day. This fee may be increased in any calendar year by no more than the Allowed Adjustment. In addition to the training fee, franchisees may be required to reimburse Cinnabon for the trainers' travel and living expenses, including airfare, car expenses, lodging, and meals, during the On-Site Training.
After opening their Cinnabon Franchised Business, franchisees may be furnished with support services as Cinnabon deems appropriate. Cinnabon may also offer additional consulting or support services, including On-Site Training and remote support, that are greater in scope than their standard support services. Cinnabon may charge a reasonable fee for these services, which is currently $500 per representative per day and may be increased in any calendar year by no more than the Allowed Adjustment, and, for On-Site Training, require franchisees to reimburse them for their travel and living expenses (including airfare, car expenses, lodging, meals, etc.). These additional consulting or support services are subject to availability and shall be offered in Cinnabon's sole discretion.
