If this is your first or second Franchised Business (including Franchised Businesses owned by your affiliates and including any Carvel® , Cinnabon® , or Cinnabon Swirl™ Franchised Businesses), we will send one or more of our representatives to the Franchised Business, at our expense, for a minimum of two days of On-Site Training concurrent with beginning operations.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if it is your first or second Cinnabon franchise, including franchises owned by affiliates or other related brands like Carvel or Cinnabon Swirl, Cinnabon will send representatives to the franchise location for on-site training. This on-site training will be provided at no cost to the franchisee.
The minimum duration of this on-site training is two days. This training is scheduled to occur concurrently with the beginning of operations for the new Cinnabon franchise.
It is important to note that this on-site training is only guaranteed for franchisees opening their first or second Cinnabon location. Franchisees opening subsequent locations may need to request and pay for on-site training.
