You must have at least two managers that are dedicated to your Bakery. Your Managers must have day-to-day management responsibility for your Bakery, exercise on-premises supervision, and personally participate in the direct operation of the Bakery. Your Managers may be (but are not required to be) an Owner. Your Managers must complete the Management Training Program to our satisfaction. You must inform us in writing of the identity of your Managers and any successor Managers.
If you operate four or more Bakeries, we may require you to hire one or more additional Managers to serve as a Director of Operations to provide additional support and supervision to multiple Bakeries. Your Directors of Operations must meet any minimum standards for such position and must complete the Management Training Program and any other training programs that we specify to our satisfaction.

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to have at least two managers dedicated to the operation of their Cinnabon bakery. These managers may be owners, but it is not a requirement. All managers must complete the Management Training Program to the satisfaction of Cinnabon. The franchisee must inform Cinnabon in writing of the identity of their managers and any successor managers.
If a Cinnabon franchisee operates four or more bakeries, Cinnabon may require the franchisee to hire one or more additional managers to serve as a Director of Operations. This individual would provide additional support and supervision to multiple bakeries. The Director of Operations must meet minimum standards for the position and complete the Management Training Program and any other training programs that Cinnabon specifies.
