What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-the-job training hours for Station/Position Training within the Management Training Program vary depending on the type of bakery. For bakeries other than co-branded bakeries, 20 hours are dedicated to Station/Position Training. However, for all other bakeries, 52 hours are dedicated to Station/Position Training.

Prospective franchisees should note this difference, as it affects the overall time commitment required for training. The increased hours for Station/Position Training in all other bakeries may reflect a more intensive focus on mastering operational roles and procedures.

It is important for potential Cinnabon franchisees to clarify with the franchisor which training schedule applies to their specific franchise type to accurately plan for the time and resources needed for the Management Training Program.
