- Trailer/Truck Costs. If you operate a Concession Bakery, you must purchase a food truck or trailer from an Approved Supplier and must customize the interior and exterior unit to comply with our Standards. This estimate includes the cost of fit-out, exterior signage and vehicle wrapping, the generator, license tags, and related permits. This estimate assumes that you are purchasing the food truck or trailer and do not finance the purchase. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnabon Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated Trailer/Truck Costs for a Concession Bakery include several key components. These costs cover the purchase of a food truck or trailer from a Cinnabon-approved supplier, as well as the customization needed to meet Cinnabon's standards. This encompasses the fit-out of the trailer or truck's interior and exterior.
Specifically, the estimate includes the costs associated with exterior signage and vehicle wrapping to ensure brand consistency. It also factors in the cost of a generator to power the mobile unit, along with expenses for license tags and any related permits required to operate the Concession Bakery legally.
It's important to note that the estimate assumes the franchisee will purchase the food truck or trailer outright, without financing. If a trailer is purchased, the costs do not include a tow vehicle needed to transport the trailer. Therefore, a prospective Cinnabon franchisee should consider these additional costs when planning their initial investment.
