What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-the-job training for Shift Management is currently conducted at Certified Training Locations. These locations are Cinnabon bakeries that have been certified by Cinnabon as authorized training facilities.

These Certified Training Locations must meet specific compliance scores, fully comply with Cinnabon's standards, employ at least one manager in addition to a Certified Training Manager, and meet any other requirements Cinnabon specifies. Cinnabon has the discretion to grant, withhold, or revoke certification for these locations or change the minimum requirements for certification.

Prospective franchisees should note that Cinnabon can require trainees to attend the Management Training Program at another designated location if certification is withheld or revoked from a Certified Training Location. In such cases, the franchisee may be required to pay Cinnabon's then-current fee for the training.
