What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cinnabon Franchise Disclosure Document, a "Full Bakery" is defined as a location where a franchisee produces and sells the complete range of Cinnabon products. These bakeries are typically situated in in-line or kiosk locations.
Full Bakeries can be established in traditional locations such as enclosed and open-air malls, shopping centers (including power centers, lifestyle centers, and strip centers), outlet malls and centers, and streetside locations. They can also be located in non-traditional venues like airports, amusement parks, big box stores, casinos, colleges, convenience stores, farmer's markets, military bases, sports and entertainment venues, train stations, transportation centers, travel plazas, truck stops, universities, and zoos.
Prospective franchisees interested in operating a Full Bakery will be required to sign the standard Franchise Agreement, which is included as Exhibit B to the Franchise Disclosure Document. This agreement outlines the obligations and responsibilities of both the franchisee and Cinnabon, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms of the franchise relationship.
