What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Billable Support is available under specific conditions. Cinnabon's affiliate company may, at its discretion, provide Billable Support if the requested services fall outside the scope of Comprehensive Support or are requested and provided outside the standard hours of availability detailed in Schedule A of the agreement.
For a Cinnabon franchisee, this means that if you need help with your POS system beyond what's covered in the standard support package (Comprehensive Support), or if you need assistance outside of normal business hours, you can request Billable Support. However, it's not guaranteed, as the company retains the sole discretion to decide whether to provide it. If Billable Support is provided, the franchisee will incur a Billable Support Fee.
It's important for prospective Cinnabon franchisees to understand the distinction between Comprehensive Support and Billable Support, as well as the hours of availability for each.
