What is the 'Concession Schedule' in the Cinnabon franchise agreement?

Cinnabon Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

A "Concession Bakery" is a Bakery where you produce and sell a limited range of Cinnabon products from a concession trailer or food truck that is located at a fair, show, market, or other special event.

We only offer Concession Bakeries to existing franchisees that meet our qualifications.

If you will operate a Concession Bakery, you will sign the Franchise Agreement along with the Concession Bakery Schedule attached as Exhibit C to this Disclosure Document (the "Concession Schedule").

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Cinnabon FDD, the Concession Schedule is an addendum to the standard Franchise Agreement that franchisees must sign if they operate a Concession Bakery. A Concession Bakery is defined as a location where a limited range of Cinnabon products are sold from a concession trailer or food truck at events like fairs, shows, and markets.

Importantly, Cinnabon only offers Concession Bakery franchises to existing franchisees who meet specific qualifications. This suggests that operating a Concession Bakery is not an entry point for new franchisees but rather an expansion opportunity for established Cinnabon operators.

Prospective franchisees interested in this type of Cinnabon outlet should inquire with the franchisor about the specific qualifications required to be offered a Concession Bakery franchise and carefully review the Concession Schedule (Exhibit C) for any specific obligations or requirements that differ from a standard Cinnabon franchise.
