- Exterior Signage. You must purchase exterior signage from Approved Suppliers. The cost of your exterior sign will vary depending on the size, color, quantity and backlit channel letters of the sign and other specifications as we require.

You must purchase, lease, and/or license and install at the Bakery the POS System, computer systems, mobile hardware, software, online ordering platform, associated computer hardware, telephone lines, network connections, communications equipment, high speed internet access (e.g. DSL or cable), credit card, gift card and loyalty card processing equipment, and other equipment that we require from time to time (collectively, the "Computer System").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Computer System franchisees must purchase, lease, and/or license includes the POS System, computer systems, mobile hardware, software, online ordering platform, associated computer hardware, telephone lines, network connections, communications equipment, high-speed internet access (e.g. DSL or cable), credit card, gift card and loyalty card processing equipment, and other equipment that Cinnabon requires from time to time.
The Computer System currently includes a backoffice PC, one monitor, one back-office multi-function printer, between one and four POS System terminals (between zero and two in an Express Bakery and between one and two for a Concession Bakery), one firewall device, a dedicated iPad® or Windows® tablet/computer, and one POS System server in addition to other related software, phone and network connections, and equipment.
Notably, the number of POS System terminals varies depending on the type of Cinnabon bakery. Express Bakeries require between zero and two POS System terminals, while Concession Bakeries require between one and two. All franchisees may also be required to purchase training software from a vendor that Cinnabon designates. For Co-Branded Bakeries, the Computer System that Cinnabon requires meets both their and the Co-Branded Franchisor's standards.
