As of December 31, 2024, there were 1,002 franchised Bakeries in the United States and 1,040 franchised Bakeries operating outside the United States and 193 Seattle's Best Coffee units outside the United States. We do not own any Bakeries. As of December 31, 2024, our affiliate, Schlotzsky's Stores LLC ("Schlotzsky's Stores"), owned and operated 28 Bakeries in the United States.
