What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Cinnabon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you plan to operate a Cinnabon Full Bakery, you will sign the Franchise Agreement attached as Exhibit B. A Full Bakery is defined as a location where you produce and sell the complete range of Cinnabon products, typically from in-line or kiosk locations. These Full Bakeries can be situated in traditional locations like malls and shopping centers, or in non-traditional venues such as airports, amusement parks, and universities.

The Franchise Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you will operate your Cinnabon franchise. It is important to review this agreement carefully with a legal professional to fully understand your obligations and rights as a franchisee. The agreement covers various aspects of the franchise operation, including the use of Cinnabon's trademarks, operational standards, and marketing programs.

It's worth noting that Cinnabon also offers other franchise models, such as Express Bakeries and Concession Bakeries, each with its own specific agreement or schedule attached to the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, there are co-branded options with Carvel and Auntie Anne's, which involve signing additional agreements with those respective franchisors. However, for a standard Cinnabon Full Bakery, the Franchise Agreement (Exhibit B) is the primary document you will sign.
