What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must sign a release as one of the conditions for the franchisor's approval of a franchise transfer. This requirement is detailed in Section 28 of the franchise agreement.
In addition to signing a release, the franchisee must not be in default at the time of the transfer. The proposed transferee must also meet the qualifications for new Cinch I.T. franchisees. This includes signing the then-current franchise agreement, paying a training fee, and completing the required training program.
