What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. may not alter a franchisee's designated territory if the franchisee is in compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement. The designated territory is defined in the agreement and more specifically identified in Addendum A. This provision ensures that as long as the franchisee adheres to the agreement, their territory remains unchanged by Cinch I.T.
This condition provides a level of security and predictability for the franchisee. It assures them that their defined territory, which is crucial for their business operations and marketing strategies, will not be altered by Cinch I.T. as long as they meet their contractual obligations. This can be a significant factor in the franchisee's investment decision and business planning.
However, it is important to note that this protection is contingent upon the franchisee's compliance with the Franchise Agreement. Any breach of the agreement could potentially lead to alterations in the designated territory. Therefore, franchisees must ensure they fully understand and adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the agreement to maintain the integrity of their territory.
