What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Cinch I.T. Franchise Disclosure Document, System Standards are defined as the mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Cinch I.T. periodically prescribes for the development and operation of its franchised businesses. These standards are subject to modifications, deletions, and additions as authorized by the Franchise Agreement or the Operations Manual.
System Standards regulate various aspects of the operation and maintenance of Cinch I.T. franchises. These standards ensure uniformity across all Cinch I.T. franchised businesses, applying equally to all similarly situated franchisees. This uniformity is crucial for maintaining the quality and consistency of services offered under the Cinch I.T. brand, which in turn helps protect the brand's reputation and goodwill.
As a Cinch I.T. franchisee, it is your responsibility to operate the franchised business in full compliance with all System Standards, as they may be updated from time to time. Cinch I.T. has the right to modify and update its Operations Manuals, Marks, and System Standards unilaterally if it deems necessary to meet competition, protect trademarks or trade names, or improve the quality of products or services. Franchisees will incur the costs of any changes to the Cinch I.T. franchised business or the System caused by these modifications.
