What is the Signer prohibited from doing that would be injurious to the goodwill associated with the Cinch I.T. system?

Franchise Disclosure Document, the Signer, who may have access to Cinch I.T.'s trade secrets, is prohibited from any action that could harm the goodwill associated with the Cinch I.T. system.
