- 2.3 You shall ensure that a person having management responsibility at each CINCH I.T.
Franchised Business ("Designated Manager") shall be fully trained and at all times devote his or her full time attention to managing, supervising, and developing each CINCH I.T.
Franchised Business and that the Designated Manager is at all times identified to Us.
