Cinch_I_T Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
You must purchase and install, at your expense, all equipment (including smartphone, computer, printer, and software), as we may reasonably direct periodically; and refrain from installing or permitting to be installed on or about the premises of your Franchised Business, without our prior written consent, any equipment, or other items not previously approved as meeting our System Standards. If you elect to purchase a work vehicle it must be branded at your expense with the CINCH I.T. wrap graphic according to our specifications, which we will provide to you.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to purchase a work vehicle, they are responsible for the expense of branding it with the Cinch I.T. wrap graphic. The franchisee must brand the vehicle according to Cinch I.T.'s specifications, which the franchisor will provide.
This means that while purchasing a work vehicle is optional, if a franchisee decides to do so, they must adhere to Cinch I.T.'s branding standards at their own cost. This includes applying the specified wrap graphic to the vehicle. The cost of this branding will vary depending on the size and type of vehicle, as well as the vendor used to apply the wrap.
Prospective franchisees should consider this cost when budgeting for their initial investment. It is important to obtain the specifications for the vehicle wrap from Cinch I.T. to get an accurate estimate of the branding expenses. Franchisees should also inquire about approved vendors for the wrap to ensure compliance with Cinch I.T.'s standards and potentially benefit from any negotiated rates.
