What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you operate a Cinch I.T. franchise, you must ensure that a Designated Manager is assigned to each location. This Designated Manager must have full management responsibility and dedicate their full-time attention to managing, supervising, and developing the Cinch I.T. Franchised Business.

Furthermore, Cinch I.T. requires that you keep them informed about who this Designated Manager is at all times. This ensures that Cinch I.T. knows who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of each franchise location.

For Multi-Unit Developers, Cinch I.T. requires the identification of all equity owners by completing the Principal Owner's Statement (Addendum D) attached to the agreement. Moreover, franchisees must provide an updated Addendum D within five business days of any change in the equity ownership of the Multi-Unit Developer. This allows Cinch I.T. to maintain accurate records of ownership and management within its franchise system.
