Does Cinch I.T. provide a Marketing Starter Package to franchisees?

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the pre-opening assistance, Cinch I.T. will provide delivery of a Marketing Starter Package to new franchisees. This is one of the initial steps Cinch I.T. takes to help franchisees begin operating their business.

In addition to the Marketing Starter Package, Cinch I.T. offers other forms of marketing assistance. Franchisees can access available marketing and advertising materials at no cost through the company's Intranet. However, franchisees must submit their own marketing and promotional materials to Cinch I.T. for approval at least 30 days before they intend to use them. Any materials not approved or disapproved within 15 days of receipt are considered disapproved.

Cinch I.T. also has a Marketing Fund, which is funded by a 1.5% royalty or a minimum of $200 monthly payment from franchisees, whichever is greater. This fund is used at Cinch I.T.'s discretion to enhance the brand's goodwill and image, and to cover the administration of marketing programs. Franchisees should note that the Marketing Fund is not obligated to provide expenditures that are equivalent to each franchisee's contribution or ensure direct benefits for every franchisee.
