What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. is not obligated to maintain a series of private pages or an intranet. However, Cinch I.T. has the option to maintain either a series of "private" pages on their website or an intranet. This platform would allow Cinch I.T., its franchisees, and their authorized employees to communicate with each other. It would also allow Cinch I.T. to share the Manual, updates, and other confidential information.
Cinch I.T. retains sole discretion and control over all aspects of the intranet/extranet, including its content and functionality. This means Cinch I.T. can decide what information is shared and how the platform operates.
Importantly, Cinch I.T. has no obligation to maintain the intranet indefinitely and can dismantle it at any time without any liability to the franchisee. While franchisees have the privilege to use the intranet, this is subject to strict compliance with the System Standards, protocols, and restrictions established by Cinch I.T.
