- (l) We may, at Our option, maintain, either a series of "private" pages on Our Website or an intranet through either of which We, Our franchisees, and their respective authorized employees may communicate with each other, and through which We may disseminate the Manual, updates to it and other Confidential Information.
We will have sole discretion and control over all aspects of the intranet/extranet, including the content and functionality of it.
We will have no obligation to maintain the intranet indefinitely, and may dismantle it at any time without liability to You;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. is not obligated to maintain the intranet indefinitely. Cinch I.T. has the option to maintain a series of private pages on their website or an intranet for communication between the company, its franchisees, and their employees. This platform would also be used to share the manual, updates, and other confidential information.
Cinch I.T. retains complete control over all aspects of the intranet, including its content and functionality. This discretion allows Cinch I.T. to modify or change the intranet as they see fit.
Importantly, Cinch I.T. explicitly states that they have no obligation to maintain the intranet indefinitely and can dismantle it at any time without incurring any liability to the franchisee. This means a franchisee cannot depend on continued access to the intranet as part of the franchise agreement.
