- a) Continue to provide access to one electronic copy of our confidential Operations Manual, and furnish you with any and all updates and other Manuals and training aids that are developed in the future. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the operation of the franchise, Cinch I.T. will continue to provide access to one electronic copy of their confidential Operations Manual. Cinch I.T. will also furnish franchisees with any and all updates, other manuals, and training aids that are developed in the future. Any training media Cinch I.T. develops will be made available to the franchisee at their cost.
This means that Cinch I.T. franchisees will have ongoing access to training resources and updates to help them operate their businesses effectively. The Operations Manual contains mandatory System Standards and suggested specifications, standards, methods, and procedures. The Operations Manual will be provided through Cinch I.T.'s Intranet or any other medium capable of conveying its content.
However, franchisees should be aware that they will be responsible for covering the costs associated with any training media that Cinch I.T. develops and makes available. Franchisees must also comply with revised standards and procedures within 7 days after Cinch I.T. transmits the updates.
