What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. may provide additional training programs in the future. Franchisees are required to pay for travel costs and other expenses incurred to attend these training programs. However, Cinch I.T. will not charge for programs franchisees are required to attend, except for Remedial Training, but may charge for optional training programs.
This means that if Cinch I.T. deems it necessary for a franchisee to undergo Remedial Training, the franchisee will be responsible for covering the costs of the training program itself, in addition to travel and other related expenses. This differs from other required training programs, for which Cinch I.T. covers the program costs.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with Cinch I.T. about the specific circumstances that would necessitate Remedial Training, the estimated cost of such training, and the potential frequency with which franchisees might be required to participate in it. Understanding these details will help franchisees budget for ongoing training expenses and assess the potential impact on their business operations.
