- e) Give you general assistance in the opening of your business including operational organization and vendor coordination. We will also make our personnel available to help you plan pre-opening promotional programs. You will need to give us at least 90 days' notice of the planned opening date of your business if you wish us to provide you with pre-opening assistance.
