What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training fee of $30,000 covers training for two people. Specifically, this fee allows one salesperson and one technician to attend the Initial Training Program.
If a franchisee wishes to have additional personnel trained, or if someone needs to repeat a module, Cinch I.T. reserves the right to charge a training fee of $15,000 per module for each additional person. This also applies to individuals repeating the course, replacing someone who didn't pass, or for subsequent operating principals, general managers, technicians, or salespeople needing to attend Cinch University Training Program modules.
Prospective franchisees should consider these costs when planning their initial investment and staffing needs. It's important to factor in potential additional training expenses if more than two individuals require training or if employees need to retake modules. Understanding these costs upfront can help in budgeting and managing the financial aspects of the franchise.
