- k) Include key information as we deem appropriate on your Franchised Business on the CINCH I.T. Internet website, and provide you with no less than one e-mail address, which you must use as the Franchised Business' e-mail address and for all electronic transmissions. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. will include key information on the franchisee's franchised business on the Cinch I.T. website. As part of this, Cinch I.T. will provide the franchisee with no less than one email address. The franchisee must use this email address for the franchised business's email address and for all electronic transmissions.
This means that as a Cinch I.T. franchisee, you are guaranteed to receive at least one email address from the franchisor to use for your business communications. This email address will be linked to your business's presence on the Cinch I.T. website, ensuring consistency and brand recognition.
While the FDD specifies a minimum of one email address, it does not preclude the possibility of Cinch I.T. providing additional email addresses or the franchisee setting up their own separate email accounts.
