  • (i) In order to preserve the validity and integrity of the Licensed Rights, and to assure that You are properly employing such rights in the operation of the Franchised Business, We or Our agents shall have the right to observe the manner in which You are offering Your products and services and conducting Your operations.

We or Our agents shall have the right to confer with Your employees and clients, and to inspect equipment and related merchandise, trademarked product lines, other merchandise, equipment, supplies or inventory for evaluation purposes in order to make certain that the equipment and related merchandise, trademarked product lines, and other equipment, supplies, inventory, services and operations are satisfactory and meet the quality control provisions and

performance standards as established by Us from time to time.
