Include key information as we deem appropriate on your Franchised Business on the CINCH I.T. Internet website, and provide you with no less than one e-mail address, which you must use as the Franchised Business' e-mail address and for all electronic transmissions.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will include key information about a franchisee's business on the CINCH I.T. website. Additionally, Cinch I.T. will provide the franchisee with at least one email address to be used for the business's electronic transmissions. The franchisor determines what constitutes "key information" to be included on the website.
Cinch I.T. maintains the cinchit.com website and provides franchisees with access to it. The franchisor also includes the franchisee's location information on the website. Cinch I.T. retains final decision-making authority over all information and functionality that appears on the CINCH I.T. website and will update or modify the website according to a schedule that they determine.
Any information or materials posted or submitted for the Cinch I.T. website must be accurate, not misleading, and not infringe upon any third party's rights. Franchisees must notify Cinch I.T. whenever any information about them or their franchise business on the CINCH I.T. website changes or is not accurate. The franchisor also restricts, designates, and has the right to approve or control all of the franchisee's electronic media, including internet activities, email marketing correspondence, digital content, and electronic communications.
