What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Cinch I.T. Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to meet the Minimum Performance Standards, they must participate in a Performance Improvement Plan for three months. Cinch I.T. reserves the right to charge a fee of $100.00 per hour for this remedial training, plus any travel and living expenses incurred by the trainer. This fee must be paid before the training commences and is subject to change without notice.

In addition to the remedial training program, Cinch I.T. also maintains an on-site training and coaching program where a staff member provides on-the-job training at the Franchised Business. This service also costs $100.00 per hour, plus travel and living expenses for the trainer, payable before the training starts. This fee is also subject to change without notice.

Furthermore, if more than two people are trained for a single Franchised Business, Cinch I.T. may require the franchisee to pay a Training Fee of $15,000.00 per person, per module, before training begins. This fee is also subject to change without notice. Franchisees must also ensure they employ at least one trained salesperson and one trained technician who have completed the Initial Training Program, filling any vacancies within 90 days and commencing training within 30 days of hire.
