Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, You will no longer have a designated Development Area and each CINCH I.T.
Franchised Business that You opened will be limited to operating solely within the Franchisee's Designated Territory described in the individual Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Cinch I.T. Franchise Disclosure Document, upon the expiration or termination of the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, the franchisee will no longer have a designated Development Area. Instead, each Cinch I.T. Franchised Business that the franchisee opened will be limited to operating solely within the Designated Territory that is described in the individual Franchise Agreement for that specific location.
This means that the franchisee's rights to expand and develop new Cinch I.T. locations within the previously assigned Development Area cease. The franchisee's business operations will be confined to the territories outlined in their existing franchise agreements. Cinch I.T. retains the right to establish, operate, or license others to operate Cinch I.T. Franchised Businesses within the former Development Area.
