Post-Opening Assistance
During the operation of your business, we will:
- a) Continue to provide access to one electronic copy of our confidential Operations Manual, and furnish you with any and all updates and other Manuals and training aids that are developed in the future. Any training media we develop will be made available to you at our cost. (Franchise Agreement - Sections 9 and 13)
- b) Provide access to our CINCH I.T. proprietary intranet and software needed to run your Franchised Business. (Franchise Agreement - Section 9)
- c) Provide you and your clients with Help Desk client managed services through our affiliate. (Franchise Agreement - Section 9)
- d) Provide the primary toll free telephone service to process inbound leads to franchisees. (Franchise Agreement - Section 9)

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, after a franchisee commences operations, Cinch I.T. will continue to provide access to one electronic copy of its confidential Operations Manual, including any updates, other manuals, and training aids developed in the future. Any training media developed will be made available at Cinch I.T.'s cost.
Additionally, Cinch I.T. will provide franchisees with access to its proprietary intranet and software necessary to run the franchised business. Cinch I.T. also provides franchisees and their clients with Help Desk client managed services through its affiliate.
Cinch I.T. will provide the primary toll-free telephone service to process inbound leads to franchisees.
