What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must promptly address all client inquiries and complaints. They are expected to strive for client satisfaction by offering refunds or other appropriate accommodations for reasonable complaints. Additionally, franchisees must take any other steps deemed necessary by Cinch I.T. to ensure positive client relations and maintain the goodwill of the Cinch I.T. system.

If Cinch I.T. determines that a franchisee has not adequately handled a client complaint, Cinch I.T. may intervene to resolve the issue to the client's satisfaction. In such cases, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Cinch I.T. for all costs incurred in resolving the complaint.

This requirement highlights the importance Cinch I.T. places on customer service and satisfaction. Prospective franchisees should be prepared to prioritize client communication and complaint resolution to avoid potential intervention from Cinch I.T. and associated costs. This also means franchisees must be prepared to potentially issue refunds or accommodations to resolve complaints, impacting their revenue.
