What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee does not fairly handle a client complaint, Cinch I.T. may intervene to resolve the issue to the client's satisfaction. In such cases, the franchisee is obligated to reimburse Cinch I.T. for all costs incurred in satisfying the client's complaint.

This means that if Cinch I.T. steps in to resolve a client issue that the franchisee mishandled, the franchisee will be responsible for covering all expenses Cinch I.T. incurs in the process of resolving the complaint. These costs could include refunds, accommodations, or any other expenses deemed necessary to satisfy the client.

This policy highlights the importance of franchisees addressing client complaints effectively and promptly. Failure to do so can result in Cinch I.T.'s intervention and the franchisee incurring additional costs. Franchisees should prioritize client satisfaction and follow Cinch I.T.'s guidelines for handling complaints to avoid these situations.
