What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Cinch I.T. system includes standards, specifications, methods, and procedures. The FDD states that Cinch I.T. and its predecessors developed a business system for providing Information Technology Support Services, referred to as the "Franchisor's System" or "System".
This system incorporates various elements, including standards, specifications, methods, procedures, techniques, know-how, management directives, identification schemes, and proprietary marks and information. These components are collectively known as "System Standards" and are used in the operation of the Cinch I.T. business. The franchisor retains the right to further develop these System Standards.
Cinch I.T. also provides general specifications for equipment, furnishings, and operating supplies that franchisees are required to purchase and use. Furthermore, Cinch I.T. offers initial training that includes instruction in the company's standards, methods, procedures, and techniques. Franchisees are responsible for operating their businesses in full compliance with all System Standards, which may be modified periodically and are outlined in the Operations Manual.
