ADDENDUM B TO FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
NOTICE OF KEY EMPLOYEES
In accordance with the provisions of Section 12 of the Franchise Agreement, the following list of owners, partners, and/or employees, if any, are hereby identified as Key Employees of Franchisee and/or the Franchised Business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Notice of Key Employees' is found in Addendum B to the Franchise Agreement. This addendum requires the franchisee to list all owners, partners, and/or employees who are considered Key Employees of the franchise.
Key Employees are defined as individuals who act in a management or supervisory capacity, or who function in a sales or technician capacity. According to Section 12 of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must identify all Key Employees in Addendum B.
The franchisee is obligated to ensure that all individuals listed in Addendum B adhere to Cinch I.T.'s System Standards, the Franchise Agreement, and the Licensed Rights. The franchisee must also take personal responsibility for their continued compliance and promptly notify Cinch I.T. if any Key Employee divests themselves of their ownership, partnership, membership, employment, or contractual obligations. The franchisee is required to amend Addendum B and submit it to Cinch I.T. whenever there is a change in the list of Key Employees, and Cinch I.T. reserves the right to require certain individuals to be included in the list.
