What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the form of the Confidentiality Agreement that Cinch I.T. requires its franchisees' employees to sign is included as Exhibit G. Cinch I.T. also requires that the franchisee's general managers sign a Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement, the current form of which is attached as Exhibit F.

These agreements are designed to protect Cinch I.T.'s proprietary information and system. As a franchisee, you must ensure your employees and managers sign the appropriate agreements. This is a standard practice in franchising, as franchisors need to protect their trade secrets and operational methods.

The franchisee also has to ensure that they forward a copy of the confidentiality agreements signed by their employees or contractors to Cinch I.T.
