- k) Include key information as we deem appropriate on your Franchised Business on the CINCH I.T. Internet website, and provide you with no less than one e-mail address, which you must use as the Franchised Business' e-mail address and for all electronic transmissions. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Cinch I.T. Franchise Disclosure Document, Cinch I.T. will provide franchisees with no less than one email address. Franchisees are required to use this email address for their franchised business and for all electronic transmissions.
This requirement ensures that all communications from the franchisee's business are standardized and aligned with the Cinch I.T. brand. It also allows Cinch I.T. to monitor and control the messaging and information being disseminated by its franchisees.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they will not have the freedom to use a personal or pre-existing business email address for their Cinch I.T. franchise. They must adopt and consistently use the email address provided by the franchisor for all business-related electronic communications.
