When is the Development Fee for Cinch I.T. due?

If you enter into a Development Agreement, you must pay us a development fee equal to the sum of the Initial Franchise Fee due for each Franchised Business that you agree to develop (the "Development Fee"). The Development Fee will be credited towards the initial Franchise Fee for each CINCH I.T. Franchised Business developed pursuant to the Development Agreement. You must pay the Development Fee in a lump sum when you sign the Development Agreement. The Development Fee is not refundable.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee enters into a Development Agreement, they must pay a development fee equal to the sum of the Initial Franchise Fee due for each Franchised Business that they agree to develop. This Development Fee is paid in a lump sum when the franchisee signs the Development Agreement. The Development Fee will be credited towards the initial Franchise Fee for each Cinch I.T. Franchised Business developed under the Development Agreement and is non-refundable.
For the first Cinch I.T. Franchise Agreement, the initial franchise fee is $15,000. The initial training fee is $30,000. When signing the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee will also pay $4,000 for the Marketing Starter Package.
For the second Cinch I.T. Franchised Business to be developed under the Development Agreement, the then-current Initial Training Fee will be reduced by 25%. For the third and each subsequent Cinch I.T. Franchised Business to be developed under the Development Agreement, the then-current Initial Training Fee will be reduced by 50%. Each Initial Training Fee must be paid in a lump sum when signing each Franchise Agreement.
