Cinch_I_T Franchise · 2024 FDD

Answer from 2024 FDD Document

You must purchase and install, at your expense, all equipment (including smartphone, computer, printer, and software), as we may reasonably direct periodically; and refrain from installing or permitting to be installed on or about the premises of your Franchised Business, without our prior written consent, any equipment, or other items not previously approved as meeting our System Standards. If you elect to purchase a work vehicle it must be branded at your expense with the CINCH I.T. wrap graphic according to our specifications, which we will provide to you.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Cinch I.T.'s 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of purchasing and installing all necessary equipment. This includes items such as a smartphone, computer, printer, and software, as directed by Cinch I.T.. Additionally, if a franchisee chooses to purchase a work vehicle, they must also bear the expense of branding it with the Cinch I.T. wrap graphic according to the franchisor's specifications.

This requirement means that prospective franchisees need to factor in these equipment and branding costs when assessing the overall investment required to start a Cinch I.T. franchise. It's important to obtain a clear understanding of the specific equipment and software requirements, as well as the branding specifications for any vehicle, to accurately estimate these expenses. These costs can vary significantly depending on the chosen equipment and vehicle type.

Franchisees must also ensure that all equipment meets Cinch I.T.'s System Standards. Obtaining prior written consent from Cinch I.T. is necessary before installing any equipment that has not been previously approved. This ensures that all equipment aligns with the brand's standards and operational requirements. Failing to comply with these standards can lead to corrective actions or even termination of the Franchise Agreement.

In addition to purchasing and installing the required equipment, franchisees may also be required to enter into agreements with suppliers approved by Cinch I.T. at their own expense. Franchisees are required to purchase hardware and software only from suppliers designated as required, recommended, or approved by Cinch I.T., which may include Cinch I.T. and its affiliates. This further emphasizes the franchisee's financial responsibility for meeting the brand's operational standards.
