- 12.1.6 Employ only qualified individuals who are trained in accordance with Franchisor's standards, including but not limited to the protection of Franchisor's confidential and proprietary information, and who will at all times enhance Franchisor's brand and conduct themselves in a competent and courteous manner in accordance with this Agreement and the image and reputation of the System.
Franchisee shall use its best efforts to ensure that Franchisee's employees maintain a neat and clean appearance, in accordance with the dress code outlined in the Manual, and render competent and courteous service to patrons of the Franchised Business.
Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that poorly trained employees, sloppy or unclean appearances and incompetent or discourteous service are extremely damaging to the goodwill of the System and the Marks and are a material default of this Agreement;
