What This Means (2024 FDD)

Based on the 2024 Cilantro Taco Grill Franchise Disclosure Document, if the parties mutually agree to certain negotiated changes during the Initial Term or Renewal Term, then the franchisee acknowledges and agrees to sign an addendum. This addendum will be in the form attached as Attachment 9 or any form that Cilantro Taco Grill may require in the future.

The franchisee also agrees that the revisions contained in this form are added terms to the agreement, and no other changes shall be made to the form of addendum itself. This ensures that any modifications or amendments to the franchise agreement are documented and agreed upon by both parties, with the specific terms of the addendum becoming part of the overall agreement.

This requirement protects both Cilantro Taco Grill and the franchisee by ensuring that all changes are formally documented and agreed upon, reducing the potential for misunderstandings or disputes later on. It is a common practice in franchising to have addenda for modifications to the original agreement.
