TRAINING PROGRAM
We periodically conduct our HQ Initial Training program throughout the year, as needed. Our HQ Initial Training program is managed by Cuahutémoc Morfin, Aaron DeAngelo Morfin, and Gerardo Morfin. Each of our instructors has up to 10 years of experience relevant to the subject being taught, and at least one year of experience with us and/or our affiliate-owned Restaurants. We reserve the right to make changes in our training staff as we deem necessary and advisable without prior notice.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Cilantro Taco Grill's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is provided at their headquarters and/or an affiliate-owned location in Chicago, Illinois, or at another location that they specify.
The HQ Initial Training program must be completed no later than 60 days before opening the franchised business. This training is required for the franchisee (if an individual) or all owners (if the franchisee is a business entity), the general manager, and two managers. The program is managed by Cuahutémoc Morfin, Aaron DeAngelo Morfin, and Gerardo Morfin, with instructors having up to 10 years of relevant experience and at least one year with Cilantro Taco Grill or its affiliate-owned restaurants.
The cost of instructors and training materials for up to 3 individuals is included in the initial franchise fee. However, franchisees are responsible for all travel and personal expenses, including transportation, meals, and lodging for themselves and their personnel. There is a fee of $3,500 per person for any additional trainees. Cilantro Taco Grill also provides on-site training, supervision, and assistance for up to 10 days upon the opening of the franchised business.
