We will loan to you the Cilantro Taco Grill Operations Manual, other manuals and training aids we designate, and give you access to on-line learning modules for use in the operation of your Cilantro Taco Grill Franchised Business, as they may be revised from time to time. - d. We will provide a then-current written list of equipment, signage, supplies and products that will be required to open the Franchised Business. We and our affiliates are not obligated to install any of these items (Franchise Agreement, Section 10.5).

Cilantro Taco Grill's training materials consist of their Operations Manual, marketing and promotion materials, and any other materials that they believe will be beneficial to their franchisees in the training process. The cost of instructors and training materials for up to 3 individuals is included in the Initial Franchise Fee.
Prospective franchisees should review Exhibit E of the FDD to understand the topics covered in the operations manual. Franchisees should also inquire about the content and format of the online learning modules to ensure they meet their training needs. Franchisees are responsible for all travel and personal expenses, including transportation, meals, and lodging for themselves and their personnel during training.
