7. Training (Franchise Agreement, Article 7)
You (if the franchisee is an individual) or all of your owners (if the franchisee is a business entity), and your general manager and two managers must complete our HQ Initial Training program, to our satisfaction, no later than 60 days before opening your Franchised Business. We will train you at our headquarters and/or affiliate-owned location in Chicago, Illinois, or another location we specify:

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Cilantro Taco Grill FDD, the HQ Initial Training program will primarily be held at the Cilantro Taco Grill headquarters or at an affiliate-owned location in Chicago, Illinois. However, Cilantro Taco Grill retains the right to designate an alternative location for the initial training program.
For prospective franchisees, this means that while the training is typically in Chicago, it could be held elsewhere at the discretion of Cilantro Taco Grill. Franchisees should be prepared to travel to a different location if required.
The FDD also states that the franchisee (if an individual) or all owners (if the franchisee is a business entity), along with the general manager and two managers, must complete the HQ Initial Training program to Cilantro Taco Grill's satisfaction no later than 60 days before opening the franchised business. Failing to complete the training to the franchisor's satisfaction could result in termination of the Franchise Agreement.
